Hi, I'm Efrat Xantini, 50 years old, married and mother of 3, working as a social worker, diagnosed for 5 years and living a full and happy life together with Parkinson's.

My motto in life: Wherever needed and I can - I will lend a helping hand.

 Everything I've ever given, I've gained from it.
