Why don't I exercise enough??

Those who exercise 5 times a week - rehabilitation or why am I not exercising enough??

In a survey of physical activity habits among Israeli residents conducted by the Ministry of Health and Sports, only about 30% of the interviewees complied with the World Health Organization's recommendations for physical activity during leisure time.

According to these recommendations, one should perform 150 cumulative minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (the kind that makes you short of breath but you can continue talking) or 75 minutes of high-intensity activity (which makes you short of breath and you can't continue talking), where each time the activity will last at least 10 minutes .

Why don't people exercise??

Physical activity is not loved by everyone, and the feeling of physical exertion is not something that involves pleasure in every person. Although most of the population understands the health benefits and importance of physical activity, many of us still find it difficult to incorporate physical activity into our daily routine.

Why??

In two review articles that examined the causes of non-participation in physical activity in people with neurological diseases in general (Mulligan 2012) and in people with Parkinson's disease specifically (Schootemeije 2020) the following factors were found to be the main causes of non-participation in physical activity
