I received the message that I have Parkinson's in 2006, and I am 44 years old. After two years of hiding it from my family and my workplace, I decided to tell those around me and at the same time do whatever it takes to preserve my health as much as possible.

Since then, I have dared to fulfill dreams and do things that apparently without Parkinson's I would not have tried, not least thanks to my supportive and beloved family and my wife Ruthie who has taken control of the disease, and helps me better deal with the challenges of Parkinson's.
