Purchasing a "gold subscription" entitles you to participate in one or more classes (courses) of the four listed in the above table or in all four classes. All in one payment for the subscription.
You can purchase the "golden subscription" for one month or three months.

In conclusion
The registration is for the entire subscription period you purchased, for one month or three months.
Registrants will receive an email with a login link two hours before each class.

An explanation of the different classes to choose from

Physiotherapy for people with Parkinson's
Movement is a central treatment in dealing with Parkinson's disease. This is exactly the reason to join us for group practice regularly.
The practice will focus each time on several important elements: flexibility, balance, muscle strength, combination of movements, specific movements for those diagnosed with Parkinson's, relaxation and stretching.

In training, we will learn together and practice effective, simple and fun fitness exercises with techniques specially adapted for Parkinson's patients at all levels, and which can be performed by yourself in your home environment. As part of the training, we will combine strength exercises to strengthen the muscles, balance, aerobic fitness, flexibility and posture and help to improve the stability and mobility of the body. The training will be carried out by different facilitators and will include practice accessories such as a pillow, rubber band, weights, ball and more.
